Novotel Ambassador Suwon

The comfortable room and excellent service made my stay memorable! The gym and sauna were bonuses. But, had a little trouble with the buffet being not hot enough. 😅

We found the place super comfortable, but the separate toilet felt a bit cramped for us larger folks. The staff were awesome and super helpful, all sweet as!

The novotel is a fantastic spot with a great location close to restaurants, especially at night. The superior double room was clean and well laid out, and the breakfast offered a tasty variety. I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff, they're always pleasant and helpful.

We love staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is fantastic, just a few steps away from a mall and the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we need. The breakfast buffet is worth every penny, with a wide variety of delicious food options. We can't wait to come back and stay longer!

I was so glad to find a Wheelchair Accessible room with a reliable internet connection. the amazing breakfast and all the toiletries I booked were available. - There was an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware waiting in the room. - the staff were always competent and friendly.

The location was excellent, right next to Suwon station and the A&K Plaza. This made it convenient for us to move around the city and explore the large shopping area nearby. The hotel facilities were great, with everything well-maintained and brand new. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. The staff were professional and were pretty good too provide helpful information, making our stay even better. The breakfast at the hotel was of high quality and we were actually surprised by the variety and excellent taste. this hotel was so nice in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The hip new hotel boasts a modern design. the property has the best location, situated near malls, restaurants, a shopping plaza, Suwon Station. - It is conveniently located just a few steps away from a department store.
